Building and maintaining customer relationships – For ongoing business & reference generation. Should have knowledge of insurance products/ financial related products. Should be aggressive and should possess high energy levels. Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills. Interpersonal Skills. Job description: Sell insurance products of Life Insurance Corporation of India directly. Customer Relationship Management. Generate leads and fix appointments. Explore the customer’s financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select the appropriate product to meet these needs from the company’s product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation. Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell. Obtain a referral to further prospects where appropriate. Participate in relevant training arranged by the company, take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process & organization. Keep up to date with market developments by reading newspapers, journals & personal contacts. 9. Actively participate in digital campaigns like FACEBOOK, TWITTER, LINKEDIN, QUORA, URBAN CLAP, JUST DIAL, etc. ALSO, NOTE THAT YOU CAN ALSO BECOME “POINT OF SALE PERSON-POSP” WITHOUT IC-38 EXAM AS ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL PARTNER. Commission Structure:- 1) 25-35% on regular premium First Year thereafter hereditary commission of 7.5 to 5% till premium paying term. 2) 2% on Single premium policies. Commission is paid in two cycles fortnightly. 1st-15th and 16th -30th. Kindly submit following documents for enrolment. 2 passport size color photographs. Xth Certificate – Two Copies.
