· Allocation of Distributors, Implementation of sales & marketing parameters, Mapping of Consumers in nearby states, areas, and assigned states. Monthly and Quarterly sales analysis of products in various betel oil product segments. · Understanding the buyers & tie-up Agreement, negotiation for sales of edible oil to big consumers like D-Mart, Big Bazaar, Reliance Fresh and e-commerce platform in Maharashtra, M.P & Chhattisgarh. · To negotiate budgets/volumes, formulate promos for various super market chains and monitor the implementation of the same to generate high volumes. · To set up the targets for the sales teams o, planning incentives & contests to keep the teams motivated, setting deadlines for achievement, reviewing the targets on a weekly basis, take corrective action and ultimately delivering the volumes. · Enhancing the visibility of our brands in various outlets through paid and non paid forms of visibility. · Evaluation of the growths of our brands vis-à-vis competitor brands in various outlets by way of off take data monitoring. · Planning and achieving the volume targets in territory. · Implementation and maintenance of paid and unpaid forms of visibility has categories.(cut outs, outside banners, in-store banners, floor stacks, aisle flags, danglers, wobblers etc.,) · Maintenance of the basic concepts of planogram like “Left to Right, Top to Bottom, Premium to Popular” which enhance the visibility and help maintain the category share of shelf and is appealing to the Shoppers eyes. · Active participation in setting the minimum buying quantities of the account to increase availability and avoid stockouts and thereby enhance visibility.
