Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: • coordinate front desk activities • distributing correspondence • redirecting phone calls • Handling Petty Cash i.e. Opening & Closing. We are also hiring for Lower Parel, Virar, Bandra. • Entering bills details in our system. • Daily Interaction with the client or customers. • Coordinating with clients & customers for booking their appointments for the services that they want to take & rescheduling as and when needed. • Making clients & customers aware for the offers avail in salons. • Punch in & punch out of staff member’s needs to be checked & the same needs to be mailed daily to the back end team. • Ensuring that all the team members are groomed properly & than punch in it. • Inventory Management i.e. Stock checking & Auditing. If stock required in the salon some days prior should be informed to the concern person in the back end team so that the requirements are fulfilled on time.
