Job Description

1) Able to Manage the Activities of the Admin and Operation of the Cooperative Housing Society. 2) Experience is required to handle the members complaints, vendor monitoring and security management even all admin related activities. 3) Knowledge of the statutory registers is must along with how to maintain the income and expenses in the Housing Society 4)Candidate should be able to handle 250 plus members society. Knowledge of Internet option and should be familiar with digital options to minimize the task time. 5) Knowledge of the Housing Society Accounts type and balance sheet is required. 6) Male and Female candidate can be apply 7) Salary will be confirmed based on the experience and reaching to expectation level. Range is 18 to 20k per month.
