Job Description
HR cum Admin Manger\Asset Manager. 1) Manage 100+work force. 2) Proficient in maintaining payroll related information, validate attendance and pay adjustments. 3) STATUTORY COMPLIANCES -- Monitoring & Amp; follow-up for strict adherence and compliances with the provision of various Labor Legislations (EPF, ESI, PT etc.). 4) PF, ESI, PT Calculations cross check, Payment & file management .Annual Return LWF Payment. 5) Understanding of Labor laws. , Labor Department Liaising. 6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7)Grievance handling, Contract Management, Handling Union Matter, Audit Reporting, Training and Development. Canteen Management, Guesthouse management, Facility Management. Qualifications: Minimum Education: MBA in Human Resources Preferred Minimum 5years in HR cum Admin experience In Factory or Large Warehouse Proficient Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 4-10 years of work experience in the field of HR cum Admin Age 39-45 years Residential Candidate will be preferred. Company will provide BHK House. Salary: 50,000.00 (No Bar for right candidate )
