Responsibilities of candidates includes: Responsible for recruitment as per various department requirement and Coordinating with recruitment vendors. ➢ Preparing offer & appointment letters and Taking care of onboarding process. ➢ Responsible for leave management (CL, PL, ML, ESIC leaves) and attendance process. ➢ Coordinating with compliance venders and maintaining all compliance record up to date. ➢ Processing employee’s salary and checking the calculation of PF, ESIC, P Tax, gratuity and other statutory payment. ➢ Having knowledge about PF, ESIC, P Tax challan generation and at present coordinating with venders for challan generation and statutory payments before cutoff date. ➢ Responsible for MIS, Preparing and generating daily, weekly & monthly reports, maintaining a good order Index (100%) and also initiated in executing proper filing and maintenance of all reports for the better information to the management.
