They will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. The post is only for Immediate placement and notice period is not possible. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management, KPA's and provide feedback Frame employee policies, handbook etc. Manage Payroll and benefits for employees Manage all Compliances including PF, Labour, WC etc Manage HR/Admin requirements of Site & site personnel Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 8+ years' minimum experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Location- Worli Working hours - 10am-7pm and 6 days Working (weekly Off on Sunday) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month - Depending on applicant Schedule: Day shift Experience: Corporate: Min. 8 years (Required) Work Remotely:No
