We are looking for an HR & admin Manager (preferably a female) to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties (Currently working in same role or the gap should not be of more than 2 months). Responsibilities Job post, Shortlisting, Interview Scheduling, Recruitment, Induction, Training, Upkeep of records Managing day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide administrative support to the company Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and draft minutes Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Properly handle complaints and grievances of different levels Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Requirements Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position in a company of repute. Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi Speaking Hands-on experience with an HR Basic knowledge of Admin Excellent organizational skills Strong communication & Presentation Skills Good Command over Excel & Powerpoint Minimum Graduate degree, MBAs will be preferred Honest and dedicated Can align with Company's Vision Ability to handle pressure Ability to manage personnel
