Job Description: • End to End Recruitment • Demonstrates understanding of the JD, screens and shortlist the right candidate based on client requirement • Ensures quality CVs are shared with the clients within the TAT defined • Ensures accurate and timely completion of documentation for candidates, ensuring compliance on all KYC documents. • Exhibits strong knowledge of job portals, Search Engine Optimization tools, in order to attract the right talent and close positions within timelines. • Demonstrates good interviewing skills, to gauge the functional and behavioral skills set of the candidate, resulting in getting the right talent onboarded. • Understands the salary structure & provides clarity to the candidate on the same. • Conducts salary negotiations with the candidates resulting in cost savings for the organization. • Manages and develops database of CV for the categories assigned. • Ensures accurate DPR are generated on a regular basis and shares with the Recruitment Lead • Manages & Builds Relationship with the candidates leading to their smooth onboarding, retention & further building the goodwill of the organization. • Exhibits a sound knowledge on basic statutory compliances required on sites. • Takes initiatives at work, process improvement, and supports the Sr Recruiters and the Lead in time of excess requirements and undertake developmental initiatives to enhance team building.
