Designation: Funding Specialist (Outbound Sales – US PROCESS) OR Process Associate ( Outbound Sales – US/Canada PROCESS) Shift Time: 6:30 to 3:30 am (Canada/US shift) Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation (10th/12th Pass candidates with experience in sales tele calling is also fine). Location – Mindscape, Malad (Mumbai) Experience: 0-10 years. Function/ Department: Outbound Sales Responsibilities: · Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling. · Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis. · Noting important details of each conversation. · Attend weekly meetings/trainings with managers and trainers for regular progress. · Addressing clients queries or grievances about products or the company. · Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. · Knows how to cross Requirements: · Excellent verbal communication. · Prior experience into Outbound Sales or Telecaller or similar role. · Basic computer knowledge is required. · Freshers with good command over English can apply. · Candidates from banking sectors and/or experience in UK market will be a plus point (UK process) · Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. · Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
