Care24 has aggressive plans to grow PAN India and grow 4-6X in the coming 2 years We have urgent job opening for IT/Admin Executive, please find the JD below profile: Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli West) Job Description:-  Computer maintenance & networking day to day issues, having 2+ years’ experience in handling 50 and more computer systems in a company  Computer trouble shooting, software & printer trouble shooting problems  Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture  Maintain hardware inventory and documentation  Knowledge of LAN / WAN/ Voice / Video / Desktop installation.  Knowledge of Gmail configuration, Windows installation  Smooth functioning of office operations  Handling AMC  Coordination with the HR Team for certain activities  Stock Maintenance  Coordination and Negotiation with vendors  Day to Day Admin issues Desired Candidate Profile:-  The person should be a self starter and self motivated  Should have minimum 2+ years working as a IT/Admin  Should be good with troubleshooting and solving admin issues Skills:  Excellent Coordination Skills  Diploma in Hardware Networking Engineering/ Any relevant hardware course  Should be comfortable in handling admin activities with effectiveness Benefits:  Mediclaim Facility.  Provident Fund.  Friendly working Environment.  General Shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
