Fashion TV is now looking for: Legal Manager-Litigation & Non-Litigation Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai Qualifications: (any 1) A. LLB B. LLM Experience: Minimum 9 to 15 Years of Relevant litigation background experience Responsibilities: 1. Drafting and Vetting of Agreements & Contracts for the company 2. SPL in agreements like FRANCHISE(MANDATE), License, Distribution. 3. Look from all the legal aspects of the Company 4. Preparing Leave & License Agreements, Side letters, Deeds, Contracts etc. 5. Drafting Agreement for Sale, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, Will, Leave and License Agreement, Declaration cum Indemnity, Public Notices, etc. 6. Coordinating with Clients 7. Preparing and reviewing legal documents 8. Identify, anticipate & mitigate legal risk in the legal documentation. 9. Excellent drafting & negotiating skills. 10. Drafting Legal notices, Reply, Complaints etc. 11. Handle all litigation matters. 12.
