You will play a key role in defining and executing various marketing initiatives for the precision engineering and small arms verticals of EVITAR SYSTEMS. The role will encapsulate all the activities expected to drive growth, including but not restricted to pre-sales, content, design, event planning and social media management. You will work very closely with the leadership at EVITAR and be one of the core members responsible for setting up the marketing function Role Description Design and curate content across platforms i.e., brochures, social media, exhibitions, and other conferences. This includes developing graphics, writing content, posts for social media channels etc. Collaborate closely with the product teams to design marketing campaigns Develop processes to organize and manage leads, and offer any pre-sales support wherever required for the BD team Organize programs, conferences, and events for promoting of key products Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of market research projects, providing insights Partner with external digital and PR agencies to ensure all marketing activities executed appropriately Own the EVITAR brand and advise on its positioning Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 3+ years of previous marketing experience OR experience in content design and creation Prior experience in manufacturing, defence or strong skills to pivot to this sector Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.) and Graphic Designing tools (Photoshop, InDesign, GIMP etc.) Drive for results and leaderships skills Drive for influencing senior stakeholders without hand holding must have for success Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills Time management skills and ability to prioritize projects as necessary. Advanced communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines Excellent organizational planning and project management skills The position is full time, and the candidate is expected to work out of our premises in Mahape, Navi Mumbai for six days a week.
