Responsible for Asset management (New asset,Change in asset etc) Asset Updation in Database (Asset updating in database to be done within 48 hours.) Monthly report to be prepared for the vendors who are existing to purchase department for their confirmation Difference in vendor updating to be updated within 3 working days after receiving gaps from procurement team. Vendor delivery performance report to be submitted to BDO and Purchase department of the customer. Escalation of the vendor to be done with in next 24 hours to the customer purchase department. Responsible for process adherence and meeting the audit standards for asset management Responsible to communicate effectively and resolve the issue Corporate Team SLA management & Monitoring Responsible to maintain scrap and damaged asset Responsible to maintain new asset record
