Job Description

The job responsibility shall be: Combined administration, operation, computer operation & reception. Stationary/ Office pantry items purchase and stock maintenance Handling House keeping cum Office boy's Schedule and supervising complete housekeeping. Manage the outdoor schedule of office boys. Look after the proper working of all office gadgets and also renew AMCs of all relevant equipment. Maintaining Files and documentation Handling Reception for operation control. Coordinating with visitors and Guests. Preparing & sending daily MIS reports. Arranging couriers and Tracking the courier. Booking Railway / Air Tickets.Library management.Controlling & operating various access systems. Preparing/drafting letters, Reports, etc.Any other admin-related task assigned from time to time. The candidate shall have experience in the above areas of work.
