Job Description

Office Operation Immediate Require Warehouse Operation for Bhiwandi ( Thane ) Location. Job Description. 1) Prepare GRN of incoming material, Production Supervisor Knowledge, Inventory Management, Packing list for Dispatch, 2) Ensure all goods are stored in required good condition and assign raw material for daily production. 3) Customer complaint handling regarding dispatch and logistics. 4) Communicate with Marketing and Sales Person. 5) Daily filing and reporting of documents like delivery notes, Challan, Invoices, Goods return vouchers etc. ( Knowledge of Credit Note, Debit Note.) 6) Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals. Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed. 7) Must have knowledge of Inward, dispatch, production, warehouse, Logistics, Invoicing, Generating Eway bill. 8) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 9) Well Versed in Excel, MS-Office, Outlook. 10) At least 2 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry. 11) In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, and business processes. Graduation will be must with good communication. Female Only preferable. Candidate should be from bhiwandi, kalyan Thane nearby/ pickup drop also available.
