Job Description

Job Objective: To improve the organization's overall students satisfaction ratings and to leading the students in their journey towards academic excellence. A. Direct Executions Student’s Queries and relationship Management:  Handling inbound and outbound calls, establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective as well as current students.  Helping students/parents towards a deeper understanding of their concerns.  Helping students/parents to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.  Taking feedback from the Students.  Responsible for the Student Help/ issues over Calls.  Build and improve relationships with students  Review academic practices to ensure students get maximum satisfaction for their queries  Identify potential gaps and inform to the academic team to follow up and quick solution.  Educate and inform students about the changes, modification in services and special offers if any.  Handling grievances and getting them resolved by concerned departments between TAT.  Conduct quality assurance and satisfaction surveys within students.  Identifying and Recommend ways of improving student satisfaction  Work with internal departments to ensure quality improvement and student’s maximum satisfaction  Oversee student relationship management system. Student’s Lecture and Report Management: 1. Scheduling Lectures & reminding students and Faculties through what’s app/email/ telegram etc. 2. Preparation of test papers in Google sheets/ Google forms or any other platforms provided by the respective department. 3. Uploading lecture recordings on day to day basis on a digital platform 4. Sharing important notifications with the students through what’s app/email/ telegram etc. 5. Updating data on day to day basis and reporting within given timeline 6. Maintaining data in excel sheets, actively using tableau and other tools. B. Details on your Profile  Designation: Operation Executive (Student Support & Relationship management)  Salary / Income Offered: Up to 2.40 LPA (not a constraint for potential candidate)  Location: Thane Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Commerce background preferred) Experience Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service / customer relationship management (Education field preferred) Essential Skills 1. Excellent Communication Skill 2. Written and Verbal Communication Skills. 3. MS Office, Outlook, Tableau, (Techno- savvy) 4. Good Customer Management Skill 5. Good Task Management Skill 6.
