We help our Clients become more efficient and let them focus on their core competency. we are looking for an experienced and capable Operations Manager with a proven track record. This role offers independence to operate in fast paced hybrid environment. Job requirement – 1. Manage Day-to-Day Operations for the Team, ensuring all processes are followed and Client and operational targets are met. 2. Develop and maintain professional relations with the Client, to ensure smooth operational service levels are met and Client satisfaction is achieved. Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations. 3. Set goals for the team and communicate goals regularly. Coach & mentor people,motivating team with excellent touch. Monitoring on daily basis the staff performance and ensures meeting their individual objectives and perform to establish standards. Recognize and reward individual and team level achievements 4. Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs 5. Proactively resolve people issues and ensure that attrition is well below the defined target. 6. Develop and implement measurement systems and provide insightful analytics around the metrics. Preparation of dashboards/performance reviews and ability to understand current business processes and suggest improvements Key for details 7. Efficiency and Process Transformation commitment and upstream improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma. Drive standardization and productivity improvement within the team 8. Communicate with the customer regularly to discuss operational issues, raise issues & build the relationship, understand customer issues proactively, and fix to get the delight factor. 9. Meet all people management metrics: Responsible for Attrition, Manpower requirement, Capacity planning, Utilization and Scheduling, Efficiency per person, Monitoring, Time Management, Statement of Work, Business Continuity Plan, Reports, Dashboards, and other deliverables as required. 10. Help in screening, recruitment and onboarding new team members. Owning the training and ensuring the team members are enbibed in the culture of organization. 11. Ensure that the new projects are onboarded seamlessly. Qualifications we seek in you 1 Any graduate 2 Minimum 3 years’ experience in a BPO/KPO in MNCs 3 Should have handled a team of 80 to 100 people. 4 Ability to work and act independently. 5 Ability to work in night shift. 6 Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills is a must 7 Excellent Analytical & Communication skills 8 Preferably the candidates prior experience Customer service industry 9 Excellent interpersonal & Management skill 10 LEAN/Six Sigma Trained, Tested and Certified (preferred) 11 Leading calls with Clients/ other business functions Independently 12 Ability to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer Demands 13 Displays a "Can do attitude" during times of constraints and challenges. Leads by example with High Value and Integrity
