Job Description

The Delivery Associates - Supply will be the last mile face of company. They will be critical in solving operational challenges and ensuring completion of supply targets, and responsible for delivering high quality customer experience. They will be the torchbearers of trust and transparency, the values which differentiate company from the rest. ● Ensuring cars being procured match Company required quality standards ● Securing required documentation from the seller(s), facilitating a smooth procurement process ● Addressing customer queries / concerns and ensuring continuity of company strong brand image ● Procurement of cars from the customers (getting cars from sellers & get them to store) ● Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure process alignment ● Providing insights and feedback to the Supply team to facilitate continuous improvement ● Maintaining safety of the procured car and documents throughout the whole process ● Solving associated operational challenges to ensure a smooth procurement process Candidate must have 4 wheeler license
