BROCUS IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. Profile – Process Trainer • Roles and responsibilities 1. Candidates should deliver soft skills and technical skills training on all aspects. 2. Should able to deliver training sessions and also the support on the job training during their transition on the floor. 3. Including conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. 4. Develop, tweak and maintain training procedure manuals, training content and guides, and course materials. 5. Analytical, probing, presentation and coaching skills. • Desired Candidate Profile 1. Need trainer for sales voice process (US Shift). 2. Candidate must be comfortable working in night shift for US process and work from office. 3. Concise and precise communication and presentation skills both written and spoken. 4. People oriented, patient and approachable. 5. Required soft skills, Voice and accent Skills, Technology skills, fluent communication, Sales skills and ability to give positive and constructive feedback Shift Time – Evening 9.00pm to Morning 6.00am. Week Off- 2 Alternate Saturday working and All Sunday fixed off. Salary – 30000 to 35000 per Month.
