Minimum Requirements: • BE Mechanical • Experience max 2-3 years • JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Candidate with experience having a complete project cycle for minimum one or two projects including commissioning of the same is preferable. 2. Co-ordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Inspection, Expediting, Logistics, Construction disciplines and Owner/Client for timely completion of project. 3. The Candidate must have experience in basic & detailed engineering of Fire Fighting System for Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Oil & Gas Projects, Specialty Chemicals, Off-Sites and Utility facilities. 4. Candidate shall be well familiar with, conceptual Layout of piping, GAD, Support, Isometrics, Spray System, P&ID’s, etc. 5. Procurement related activities like preparation of Material Requisition, Vendor Document review etc. 6. familiar of Foam System, Clean Agent System, Fire & Gas Detection System, Fireproofing requirements etc. 7. Latest National and International codes and standards such as ASME, OISD, NFPA, IS Standards, TAC guidelines, API etc. 8. Study Bid/Contract documents and prepare project specific plans/procedures, job instructions etc. 9. Assist/Prepare Monthly Progress report / calculation to monitor the progress, check variance % and take corrective action. 10. Arrange / attend inter-departmental meetings (weekly), meetings with client, meetings with vendors, site meetings and take appropriate action. 11. Monitor Vendor’s fabrication / manufacturing activities, documents submission / approval for each requisition by coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Inspection & Logistics disciplines. 12. Monitor short supplied items / replacement items for each requisition / PO and follow up with respective vendors 13. Monitor Owner delayed inputs, Milestones Receipt of Free Issue Items / Materials (FIM), Documents related to Force Majeure and keeping track of Completion activities which are specifically required to be completed before receiving Owner's Inputs / FIM etc 14. Assist/prepare Billing Schedules & invoicing to Client. 15. Final documents and Manufacturing Data Records preparation
