Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Manage internal and external calls. 2. Guest Management. 3. MIS maintenance for Admin Work. 4. Courier Management. 5. Receiving the customers, clients, visitors in a polite and pleasant way with a good smile & Greetings and assisting them. 6. Coordinating the communication between employees of different departments. 7. Maintaining the records of entry and exit details. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Minimum 1 year of related experience. 2. Presentable. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Proficient in English (oral and written) 5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) 6. Customer service orientation.
