We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals as a closing executive to join our Sales Team. Your main goal is to boost our sales by presenting our project and convince to clients’ for closing deal. As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator with convincing abilities. Responsibilities: • Attending customer walk-ins, greeting and showing them the audio, video, and project presentation • Taking customers to the site visit • Following up with the customer to close the booking • Negotiating with the customer and closing the deal. • Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes. - Preparing weekly, and monthly MIS of site walk-ins, and client database. • Structured and process-oriented, zeal for multitasking & Comprehensive towards Facts and Figures. Screening requirement: • Good business communication skills with proficiency in Hindi, English & Marathi. • Experience in full sales cycle including fixing appointments to deal closing. • 1-2 Year experience preferably in Real Estate. • Graduate / Post Graduate Job Location: Sky Gardens, Godrej Vihaa, UshaKiran Residency, Neral-badlapur road, Badlapur East (MH)
