Sales & Business Development Executive We are looking out for an energetic manager who can develop the business with good knowledge in marketing developing strategic plans in order to attract potential customers RESPONSIBILITIES • Qualify service leads in line with target customer criteria. • Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls • Making cold calls and follow-up customer • Establish new relationships by researching, adding, and developing new clients and explain to them the benefit of our Transport service. • Develop in-depth knowledge of services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs • Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained. • Present our services in an accurate and positive manner over the phone and on a direct visits. • Co-ordinate with the team. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills. • A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role. • Active listening skills • Strong convincing skills • Client handling skills • Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results. • Knowledge of Transport /Fleet /Courier sector would be an added advantage. • Willing to travel within the branches if required. • Must have Two-Wheeler with Licenses. Desired Skills: • Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred • Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills • Knowledge of various online portals will be an added advantage
