Job Description and Roles Responsibilities for Junior Sales Engineer I. Main Target  Marketing & Sales for TECHFLOW Product Line‐ PAN India & Globally for Existing/New products, Additional Markets and entering big group companies II. Other Activities to Bring in the Sales  Cold Calling  Reference Visits  What’s app broad Casting  Connecting with OEMs, Consultants, EPC and other  Government Tendering  Presentation to Cluster or Sectors  Exhibitions  And thru other available ways III. Inquiry Attending & Closing  Taking lead from sales coordinator or generating and starting correspondence, working out requirement from the details received thru questionnaire or thru site visit  Creating the offer, taking approval and submitting the offer  Regular up‐dation in ERP/CRM of offer, progress communication and status  Communication with design team in case of GA Drawing Submission @ offer stage  Negotiation or submitting revised offer till finalization and closing the order in consultation with HO IV. Post Finalization Communication  Client communication to be done in synergy with relevant internal team (Proforma Invoice, Payment, PO Acceptance, Drawing Approval, After sales, appreciation certificate, PBG, ABG) V. Participates in  Sales strategy designing (Advt., Exhibition, Other)  Feedback to digital marketing team to drive sales with high growth  Up‐dation of Catalogue, Website, Show case documents J D – S A L E S E N G I N E E R T E C H F L O W ( M U M B A I ) P a g e 2 | 2 3. Hierarchy: Reporting to Business Development Head Mumbai & International & MD Works in Parity with Sr Sales Team @ HO 4. Core competencies & Key Behavioral Factors  Experience In Industries Preferred: Air Pollution control, Pneumatic Conveying system, Other Material handling system Contracts in Steel, Cement, Thermal power stations, liaison with customers, have preliminary knowledge of Commercial terms and conditions for Project related contracts, frequent site /customer visits.  Technical understanding of this industry, competitors and strategies for better product positioning via better understanding of the clients’ techno‐ commercial requirements.  Computer Proficiency: Shall be fluent in MS WORD, Excel, PPT, Photo shop and ERP able to prepare offer independently, if required.  Project management skills & Strategic selling skills.  Excellent communication and influencing skills & Clear Speech 5. Qualifications  Degree in BE in Mechanical /Chemical Eng. Preferably with 1st class or  Degree in Mechanical Engineering + MBA  Experience: 4 to 6years or slightly more in Marketing of Engineering Systems /Projects /EPC Contracts 6. Growth/Vision Path for This Post This post will be promoted to develop foreign market or Particular region of INDIA as head, based on the performance. 7. Location New Office of TECHFLOW will be preferably in Navi Mumbai, Chembur, Sion, Ghatkopar up to Bandra 8. Other Indicators  Target Sales : 12 crores INR per year in 2022  Team Size : 3 Members @ Mumbai  Interface : 25% internal and 75% external  Focus Sales Area : Mumbai, Maharashtra & International  Focus Product  Bag filter, Fans, Dedusting systems  Scrubbing systems up to 70000 m3/hr  Pneumatic conveying system (without ash conveying)  Incinerators up to 1000 kg/hr‐ BRENER  ESPs up to 200000 m3/hr  Select scrubbing/FGD systems  Package : 40 to 50 k per Month (C TO C) (Based on Skills)ers
