Responsible for achieving primary sales, distribution & collection targets, in terms of expansion, penetration and display Passionate about the expansion of the business with an in-depth insight into Consumer Loan lending and a flair for Merchant and Customer acquisition. To achieve allotted primary Sales Target. To achieve distribution objectives in terms of expansion, penetration and display. Adding new merchants to source Consumer Loan business in the respective markets as per the agreed metrics. To give inputs towards preparation of sales forecasts, basis future potential. Regular feedback to the central team for improving brand visibility in the respective markets Conduct various promotional activities for building up a healthy pipeline Ensure that the training needs are identified for self, team and merchants communicate to the central team for getting the relevant training program done. To undertake visits to merchants as per the Requirements and other company norms; to motivate merchants to achieve higher sales. Seamless and prolific co-ordination with merchant partners for enhanced sales and customer procurement. To gather market information from merchant /other sources regarding competitors. Finding new growth opportunities, innovations for the company and forming strategic partnerships that open new markets, products as well as avenues. Coach and mentor the sales team to have a robust network of recovery and collections activity. Lead and support the team in achieving their monthly/annual targets. A strong control on the quality of cases & check to keep a tab on the coordinators & managers to check the time taken for clearing the discrepancies or pendency’s in files as per the SOP. • Plan the training and standardization of service delivery • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support • Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team"
