Job Description
Meeting new & existing clients of API, Bulk drug, Agro, Polymer manufacturer & generating new business opportunities To find customer and convince them for API and fine chemicals as per application. Managing business development activities, mapping of new market segments, expand service offering and explore new opportunities within existing & new clients. Identifying and networking with prospective customer, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increase sales growth Giving impactful presentation & convincing the client for tie up for upcoming events. Manage Revenue Target for Domestic market as well as International. Creating marketing plans for attendees and exhibitors, develop sponsorship opportunities, generating leads and analyzed results Identifying New product and share with R & D for development as per market need. Visiting Hyderabad Market which is core business to run smooth in process. Leading, developing and motivating team . Training sales team . Achieving sales objective planning , organizing the sales territory and Delta report . New Customer penetration from different segment. Competition intelligence. Ensuring compliance across the team. Developing process internal as well as external communication with team . Collection of Payment, Different kind Forms, Market Intelligence.
