Urgent hiring for Sales Manager – Work from Home*  *Location – Work from a Remote location for now but willing to relocate to Mumbai after Dec 2021*. *Working days: 5 working days with rotational 1.5 days off (not on Saturday and Sunday)**Shifts (subject to change): Operational hours will be from 11 AM to 9 PM, with 1-hour break* *Work Location: Remote online work until offices reopen, candidate may be based anywhere in India*. *Working days: 5 working days with 2 day-off which may be during the week* *Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi* *Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops/desktop with Webcam , wi-fi will be reimbursed* *Additional Compensation: If applicable, this will be decided basis your allocated shift after you join* *Salary – 50K-60K.  Eligibility: Proven track record of exceeding targets in Sales position, > 1 year of experience in Sales. Overall experience must not be more than 10 years.  •Experience of  minimum of 1 Year Experience into Selling & max of 10 years of Collective Ex-perience (including Sales). Fluency in English and Hindi, ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment. •Graduates with 55 % Required ( HSC, Undergraduates not considered)  or minimum 55% Marks in Highest Qualification after graduation. •Should not be aged 35+. • Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), and PowerPoint.   •Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. • Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future. • Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better.
