Sales TL We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Team Leader Dispatcher to join our team! As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client-specific needs, promoting and selling and maintaining sales goals and objectives. Responsibilities: • Cultivate new sales lead to establishing business • Pitching various proposition & Provide quotes for current and prospective clients & willing to negotiate for the best possible margins. • Set sales team profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed. • Ensure training and direction for new and existing sales members. • Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers • Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achievingindividual, team, and company goals& targets • Act as a liaison between the customers and sales staff. • Manage sourcing of customers, Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base. • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies • Cold calling prospective candidates to retain them to avail of our services. Services provided: dispatching service, factoring, drivers invoicing, etc. • Maintain close working relationships with the After hours, Dispatch and sales team. Requirement • Ability to work both independently and within a team • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email • Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, and decision making skills • Previous USA Logistics Sales experience preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. • 7 days a week Monday to Friday, Rotational week offs and one Saturday in a month to be a working day
