Design, Develop & support various planning scenario in APO (Modules- SNP/CTM/DP). Effective Change Management at system & process level aligning all business stakeholder Responsibilities • Supply Network Planning ( CTM & OPT) o SNP Master data, types of Horizons in SNP MD (SNP, PPDS, Production, etc) o Different SNP engines details, model setup and result analysis - Heuristic Vs Optimizer Vs CTM o CTM Related Master Data , CTM Profile Master o Difference between SNP PPM and PPDS PPM o Difference between CTM time-continuous or bucket oriented planning o Types of Resource constraints o Optimizer Cost Modelling o Macros creation and maintenance o SNP Result Analysis based upon Primary & Secondary Constraints o Process on APO planning data integration back to ECC ( PIR , Plan Orders , SNP Plan Orders ) o Resolution on Mostly Common Reported Issues by Business o Quick fix on SNP issues o Process Optimization on Parallel Processing in Huge Volume Load o Investigation for Root Cause of order Promising o Influence Change Management • CIF Basic concepts o CIF (Core Interface) o Maintenance of Integration Models o Basic Understanding of queues processing o Monitoring of Queue Manager o CIF- Comparison / Reconciliation of Transaction Data o CIF Post Processing and Error Handling o Job Management : Job Monitoring and Maintenance of Process chains • Demand Planning o DP master data - CVC, creation and maintenance o CVC Alignment - Realignment o Knowledge of Forecasting Model o Planning Book Configuration o Macros creation and maintenance • Education level. : Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream • Professional Experience. : 4-5 E2E Implementation on overall SNP module & 2-3 implementation of CTM & Optimizer Module Each, Preferable with automobile industry scenario background • Specific skills. ; CTM \SNP , DP ,CIF • Other Skills : Project Management , effective communication & Presentation Skills , Change Management.
