Job Title: #Saudi - Demi Demi Chef de Partie 🇸🇦 This is an Onsite Job in Saudi Arabia. Must have a Valid Passport. Must know English & Arabic. Responsibilities - Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food items and dishes in the assigned section of the kitchen. This may include chopping, slicing, marinating, and cooking ingredients. Recipe Adherence: Ensure that all food preparation and cooking adhere to the recipes, quality standards, and portion sizes set by the head chef or sous chef. Station Management: Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including the proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment. Quality Control: Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the culinary standards and are visually appealing before they are sent to the serving area. Assist the Team: Collaborate with other members of the kitchen brigade, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, to facilitate a smooth workflow and timely meal service. Health and Safety: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards to prevent contamination and ensure food safety. This includes maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Training and Development: Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge under the guidance of the senior chefs. Learn and grow in the culinary profession to take on more responsible roles in the future.
