Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Debtor Reconciliation, Creditor Reconciliation Preparation of Fund Flow Position Handling Petty Cash Preparing TDS on Salary & Non Salary Knowledge of GST. Preparation of Local and Import Letter of undertaking Preparation Export Document; scrutiny of related document mention in Lc for lodgement purpose in bank. Before preparing of Letter of Credit Collect Purchase order and Proforma Invoice from Purchase department and checking the document and if any correction takes correct from Purchase Department. Receiving from client Letter of Credit checking with proforma and purchase order if any issue email along with verbally inform to related person for correction. Preparation import Acceptance document payment mention as per Letter of Credit . Before import payment Acceptance giving to bank we get material confirmation to our purchase Dept. for Material receive or not under this document. Preparing import payment at Sight Checking and submitting import bill of entry; Export shipping bill in the Bank Preparation of Report Limit available of Letter of undertaking and Cross Check with Bank Follow up with bank original document lodge under Letter of undertaking solve the queries with bankers and vendors related to letter of undertaking. Letter of Credit payment outstanding due date along with amount statement get from bank on timely basis for checking to our statement so its avoid default in payment . Pass entry in Tally Payment Entry , Goods in Transit Entries Preparation of Buyers credit Report and preparation of Buyers credit documents Co-ordinate with Buyers credit advisor for avail Quotes and follow-up with bank for availing Buyers credit for issuing Letter of Undertaking. Filling and Scanning of Letter of undertaking Documents . Knowledge of Foreign Currency
