Role Overview

Were looking for an Agentic AI Developer to design build and deploy intelligent LLMpowered systems at scale This role prioritizes individuals who understand the nuances of deploying maintaining and optimizing GenAI solutions for realworld users beyond the scope of ProofofConcept PoC development You will work across the full stack integrating LLMs microservices vector databases backend APIs and modern cloud infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

1 GenAI Application Development Deployment

Develop scalable asynchronous microservices using Python FastAPI for various use case chatbots and agentic workflows

Design eventdriven architectures to support high concurrency rate limiting and realtime responsiveness

strong fullstack skills in Java Reactjs and REST API development

develop userfacing applications with modern UIUX

Implement secure versioned RESTgRPC APIs

Use Pydantic dependency injection and modular coding practices for maintainability

Proficient in working with databases using ORMs like SQLAlchemy

Ensure observability using logging metrics tracing and health checks

Create responsive Reactjs frontends integrated via REST APIs or WebSockets

Develop and integrate REST endpoints for serving AIML models

Deploy applications on Cloud Run GKE using Docker Artifact registry CICD pipelines

2 LLMPowered Conversational Interfaces

Design and build LLMpowered chatbots voicebots copilots and other applications using LangChain or custom orchestration frameworks

Integrate enterprisegrade LLM APIs Gemini OpenAI Claude for multiturn intelligent interactions

Implement user session management and contextstate tracking for personalized and continuous conversations

Build RAG pipelines with vector databases knowledge graphs to ground responses with external knowledge and documents

Apply advanced prompt engineering ReAct ChainofThought with tool calling for precise and goaloriented outputs

Ensure performance in lowlatency streaming environments using WebSockets gRPC and SIP media gateways

Perform finetuning of opensource LLMs LLaMA variants using techniques like SFT LoRA for costeffective domain adaptation

Optimize highspeed inference pipelines leveraging multiGPU clusters up to 8x H100s to reduce latency and improve throughput

3 MultiAgent Systems Orchestration

Create multiagent systems Implement orchestration patterns like supervisoragent hierarchical and networked agents using frameworks like ADK Pydantic AI and LangGraph

Use LangGraph for stateful workflows with memory conditional branching retries and async execution And other tool like N8N etc

Enable persistent context and longterm memory

Ensure security reliability and monitoring of AIpowered applications

Monitor behavior drift and performance using observability tools

Skilled in developing agents with ADK and A2A protocols experienced in configuring custom and remote MCP servers

Key Qualifications

Strong handson coding in Java backend services APIs

Proficiency in Reactjs for building responsive frontends

Experience working with LLMs LLaMA GPT etc and RAG architectures

Good understanding of REST API development and integration

Knowledge of vector databases FAISS Pinecone Weaviate etc for RAG

Familiarity with prompt engineering agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks LangChain LlamaIndex Haystack

Experience with databases SQLNoSQL for application persistence
