Lining up candidates according to the parameters and Requirements. Interview coordination Coordinating with the Stakeholders Maintaining Database & MIS Conduct Induction, orientation, joining & exit formalities. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Timely issuance of appointment letter, appraisal letter, Experience letter, relieving letter etc. Conduct various employee engagement activities & handle grievances. Candidate should have knowledge of Compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity) Candidate should have knowledge of Attendance Management, PMS System ,Payroll, & HR Policies. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have experience & good knowledge of Recruitment process and HR operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
