Regional Level Seller & Buyer onboarding on a B2B Ecommerce Website. - Target Based. Understand the Company's products and services and articulate, guide and handhold sellers and buyers through the onboarding process and integration. Post Onboarding, strive to get the Buyers and Sellers to transact on the platform – Target Based. Engage with Management, external customers/ Manage teams to define requirements, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings. Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers and buyers onboard/integrate with us. Track and report onboarding and integration performance using appropriate metrics. Support the launches of new programs, categories, and features. Provide post on-boarding support to both sellers and buyers. Track Lifetime performance and Value of Buyers and Sellers and build systems and processes for continuous growth in both performance and value. Track and Improve repeat sale and purchase. Work with 3rd Party Marketing/onboarding agencies to get the onboarding done wherever required.
