Job Summary: Part of the Middle Management Team, Team Lead – Website Support will manage a team of Website Support Analysts. This role interfaces with internal customers and supports team in our international offices. The focus of the role is to guide the team in building websites, porting content and blogs, performing basic SEO optimisation, and making post launch changes on the websites. Role and responsibility:. • The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties • Ensure team meets its annual objectives • Coaching and development of team members • Manage career roadmap for team members • Help the team in building websites, porting content and blogs, performing basic SEO optimisation, and making post launch changes on the websites. Create high quality content from existing websites by following client instructions and mockup. • Proof reading the content that is ported to new site and making sure it goes with the flow. • Complete audits for the team assigned as per sample size agreed with the reporting manager • Resource planning to ensure capacity is maintained at optimum level • Publish Weekly / Monthly Dashboard on SLAs / KPIs achieved • Participate and contribute in calls with International teams, operational team meets & training sessions • Work overtime when needed to meet critical deadlines • Complete adhoc tasks and projects as needed Desired Candidate should display the following behavior/competencies: • Graduate/PG in any stream • Last 3 years in managing a team of at least 5 to 6 members • Overall min 8 years of experience • Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines. • Min 3 years’ experience on WordPress/website building/website designing role. • Ability to quickly learn and adjust to integrate new processes and products as needed • Good communication skills (written & spoken) • Good MS Office Skills / Presentation Skills • Open to Feedback & Suggestions • Willing to work in night shift Technical Skills • Experience working with WordPress • Knowledge of HTML and CSS • Website building and designing • Knowledge of non-WordPress CMS, Duda, Mono and Responsive website platforms would be an added advantage • Knowledge of Plugins and Theme Customization would be an added advantage • Basic Knowledge of Wrike and Salesforce would be preferred • Good communication skills • Basic Knowledge of SEO (Metadata, Image Alt text, Image Optimisation, Redirecting defunct URLs etc) • Basic coding skills
