1. Service Technician (Automobiles): Our company is looking for a professional Service Advisor for Pune location to oversee all post sales part at our Showroom. Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support.  Responsibilities: • Responsible for greeting clients, listening to customer requests, scheduling service appointments and estimating repair costs. • Assisting customers in determining problems with their vehicles while providing accurate repair descriptions to technicians. • Responsible for test driving vehicles, conducting inspections and verifying insurance coverage. • Overseeing and managing the service scheduling and workflow. • Explaining warranties and service.  Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or post graduate(If Experienced) or relevant certifications.  Experience:-6 Months to 3 years of experience in same field.  Office Timings: Normal office timings.  Required Skills: • Comprehension skills. • Engineering and mechanical knowledge. • Smart and Aggressive. • Documentation skills. • Customer service skills. • Math and writing skill.
