We are, currently, looking for a Store Executive with 1-2 years of work experience for our shop located in Kharghar. He / She will report to the Director. His / her job responsibilities are as given below; 1. Greet customers and provide them all the necessary assistance to complete their purchase. 2. Ensuring products are displayed in the proper manner. 3. Keep track of product stock in the shop and on display to ensure no stockouts. 4. Give regular updates on the stock position in the shop. 5. Ensure proper packaging of materials prior to delivery to customer. 6. Coordinating with Swiggy/Zomato and other order delivery teams to ensure correct and smooth food delivery process. 7. Operate the point-of-sale software and ensure correct billing of items. 8. Ensure correct collection of payments against orders and safe keeping of cash. 9. Ensure the shop is kept neat, clean, tidy and customer ready at all times. Requirements Education: Minimum 12th standard Should have at least 1-2 years of experience. Pleasing personality and good communication skills. Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi. Must be able to operate computer and have experience in operating point-of-sale software Should be proficient in handling cash transactions Should be self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and independent worker Should be a team player and should be ready to take ownership for one’s work Should be result-oriented and should be ready to work late if required Candidates residing in Kharghar will get added preference
