Conduct regular inspections of the construction site and ensure that any issues or defects are rectified in a timely manner. 3. Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. 4. Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates on site activities. Important Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Freshers can also apply). 2. Atleast 2-3 years of experience in construction site monitoring or related roles would be a strong advantage. 3. Exceptional knowledge of construction methods, materials and quality standards. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings. 8. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
