 Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, pastry, deserts, cupcake etc. following traditional & modern recipes/design.  Create new and exciting design for different application using our products on regular basis.  Work with regional/state head to support/empower key accounts, technically.  Work with key/good accounts at regional level to understand their need and work onto the same.  Regular visit to key customers following their monthly working planning in coordination with state head and HQ.  Learn product application technology and know how to solve market related issues.  New product launch to key customers in coordination with HQ and state head and push the sales.  Coordinates with HQ to get trained and pass the same knowledge/skill/design to key customers.  He /she need to work onto the limited key accounts assigned to them and will track the result/impact onto the business & customers satisfaction.  Work closely with R&D team to design and develop the new product as per key accounts needs.
