Job Description

• Preparation of MRN MIN (Material Receipt Note Material Issue Note) through Material Management Software. • Must be expertise in Tally Software • Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). • Maintain all store reports in Manual/ Tally ERP Software. • Maintain store stock register Assets stock register. • Controlling & recording the inward, outward & stocked materials. • Follow up of material with Supplier & Purchase Dept after PO raise against Indent in the system. • Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement. • Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables. • Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock. • Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis. • Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions. • Coordination with Construction dept. team to the utilization of non-moving, slow-moving & shelf-life expiring related material by sending Material Ageing reports, Shelf-life Expiry material reports also to reduce inventory. • Preparing weekly & monthly MIS reports related to materials. Handling all material Invoices /Billing & Invoice verification against purchase order & Delivery challan and forward the same to Accounts after making the further payment process.
