Responsibilities 1. Greet and direct customers 2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) 3. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services 4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing 5. Cross-sell products 6. Ensure racks are fully stocked 7. Manage returns of merchandise 8. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) 9. Inform customers about discounts and special offers 10. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager 11. Stay up-to-date with new products/services Requirements 1. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role 2. Understanding of the retail sales process 3. Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles 4. Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures 5. Basic math skills 6. Track record of achieving sales quotas 7. Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships 8. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments 9. Flexibility to work various shifts 10. Under/Graduate in any discipline
