We M.R. Patil Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. are a Structural Engineering firm and are in the field of Structual Engineering for more than 50 years, providing Structural Designs and offering R.C.C./Structural Consultancy Services for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, School College Buildings etc.We are having our office at 101, Plot No.196, Sir M.V Road, Andheri east., Mumbai 400069. We require Structural Design Engineers who are B.E. / B. Tech. / M . Tech graduates/ post graduates who are either fresh graduates or with 1 or 2 years of experience in the field of Structural Design of R.C.C./ Steel Structures ranging from Gr + 4 floors to Gr + 7 floors, with relatively sound Structural Engineering Knowledge/ skills with required Aptitude, positive Attitude, Sincere and Hard working, residing in and around Western suburbs of Mumbai, anywhere between Borivali to Churchgate or in and around Thane between Thane and Dadar / CSMT. Monthly salary for deserving candidates will be proportional to Aptitude / Attitude / knowledge and shall be decided as per the performance in the physical technical interview. Necessary upgrading / increments in salary shall be given to deserving candidates once absorbed by the firm based on performance from time to time and frequency of such upgradation / increments.shall be about 3 to 4 times in a year. Only candidates who are willing to serve in the firm/ Organisation for a considerable period, say about a minimum period of not less than 2 to 3 years need apply. Candidates having knowledge of use and application of software, namely, STAAD, ETABS, SAFE for the purpose of Structural Design of Structures and exposure to preparing drawings in Auto-CAD will be preferred. However the use of such software for Structural Designs is not compulsory for candidates who will be ably guided and groomed by the Directors of the firm/ Organisation initially, who are renowned Structural Engineers themselves having experience ranging from 30 years to 50 years in the field of Structural Design of variety of Structures ranging from Gr+ 7 to Gr+ 50 floors. Thereafter after gaining the required Knowledge and guidance , the candidates after being part of the organisation shall have to handle the Structural/ RCC design of Structures independently, under the guidance of the Directors, namely, M. R.Patil and J.B. Patil.
