• Basic Knowledge of Electricals • Thorough knowledge of wiring & AC/ DC power circuits • Install Automation, Security, Audio- Video products at working fields/ sites • Installation, Troubleshooting, service of Home Automation Systems of Crestron, Raylogic, Lutron, KNX system • Install, Maintain, Service & Commissioning Security Products CCTV, Attendance & Access Control Systems, Intrusion Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Intercom Systems, Door Locks, Video Door Phones, Pipe Music Systems, Public Address Systems, Video Conference Systems. • Install, Maintain & Service Audio Video Home Theatre Systems. • Understand all products and perform demo for various field applications. • Provide technical support to customer and configure services to teammates if needed. • Analyze customer requirement and ensure product meet customer requirements appropriately. Execution, Handling Operational Duties. • Analyze applications and recommend expert advice for same. • Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application • Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration, training services & Post Sales services.
