This involves follow up calls to the visited candidates *Generating qualified leads for counselling *Dedicated performance against assigned target SKILLS REQUIRED: *Demonstrated strategic ability *Excellent oral and written communication in English. *High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management *Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels *Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face) *Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers. * Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines and achieve targets.
