Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls II Good Communication 1. Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers 2. Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner 3. Generate leads that develop into new customers 4. Answering calls and resolving queries about and services offered by company. 5. Give clear and accurate information of the services. 6. Noting the important details of every conversation. 7. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. 8. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Requirements 1. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 2. Good computer skills and knowledge [Ms. Office, Google workspace]. 3. Assist with phone calls and Emails from clients. 4. Good interpersonal skill. 5. Hardworking individual. 6. Ability to manage multiple task. 7. Understanding the meaning of good customer service. 8.
