ROLE- • Tele Calling for Car & Bus Rental Services at Mumbai Office. RESPONSIBILITIES - • Receiving Enquiries through various sources i.e. Calls, Emails, Social Media, Whatsapp, Website Leads etc. in a professional manner. • Understanding Customer’s Requirement & Suggest suitable vehicle options that best suite their needs (Individual Customers & Corporate Clients). • Responsible for End-to-End Service to Customers i.e. Rate Quotation, follow-up, Conversion into Booking, On-Journey Support till Trip completion. • Manage Internal Systems, Documentation, Creating Sales Reports. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS • 12th Pass & above. Graduates will be preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE • Candidates with Work Experience of 2-10 yrs. in Tele Calling / Tele Sales / Tele Marketing / Sales. REQUIRED SKILLS • Very Good command over ENGLISH Speaking & Writing is must. • Exemplary SALES skills & Customer-oriented approach • Working knowledge of Computer operation, Internet, email & Microsoft Excel.
