Head - Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team in developing and implementing engineering projects related to copper business
• Oversee the design and construction of new facilities and the modification of existing infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address engineering issues
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement
• Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in engineering technology and processes
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred)

Experience:

• 15-22 years of experience in engineering roles within the Copper Business industry
• Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership
• Proven track record of successful implementation of engineering projects
