Deputy Manager QA

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards
• Oversee the entire quality control process, from raw material inspection to final product testing
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing quality practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and minimize defects
• Participate in supplier evaluations and quality assessments to maintain high standards across the supply chain
• Act as the key point of contact for quality-related inquiries and communicate quality objectives to internal stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices to ensure the adoption of innovative quality control methods

Qualifications

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Quality Management or relevant discipline (preferred)

Experience

• 8-13 years of experience in quality assurance within the Copper industry
• Proven track record of implementing quality control measures and driving process improvements
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve quality objectives
