Senior Engineer - PMR

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the precious metals refinery operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and yield
• Implement and maintain effective refining techniques
• Lead a team of refinery personnel and provide training and guidance as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of refinery equipment

Qualifications

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in the Copper Business industry
• Demonstrated expertise in precious metals refinery operations
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes and ensuring product quality
